The cFactory™ is our Cloud Factory methodology to deliver high quality integration for complex and challenging integrations.

The methodology is broken into the following:

Converge: Our Epics center integrations between Enterprise solutions. We identify where customers are looking to leverage integrations between software solutions like ServiceNow to VMware vRealize Automation, ServiceNow to VMware NSX, ServiceNow to IPAM, etc. These Epics seek to automate a production state across many vendor platforms in order to delivery services that provide a cohesive and centralized user experience.

Calibrate: All Epics must pass through our proprietary triage process whereby Tinto Stories, these Stories are groomed and sized into definable Stories and Tasks, and then each story is assessed and provided a numeric ranking using the CAF Sizer to determine if it is sized appropriately to enter our cFactory for development. The cFactory Sizer is our proprietary algorithm and sizing process to assess the ability for a story to be consumed by The cFactory.

Manufacture: The cFactory is capable of consistently producing production features from stories that have been sized by the cFactory Sizer.  The cFactory follows a unique approach to software engineering leveraging Test Driven Development, Continuous Improvement, Release and Version Management, Standardized Coding Standards and Code Reviews, and Continuous Software Testing with integration into our GIT instance. The cFactory includes quality gates periodically and build follows a standard and structured Agile/SCRUM time standards and rituals.
